On March 27, 2023, the first cooking session by Mr. Ingmar Bos, one of our club members, was held successfully in a Minato Ward Libra cooking studio. Nineteen members gathered and cooked three dishes in four groups under the direction of Mr. Bos. For Starter, Scallop with cauliflower, ham, and hazelnut; for Main dish, Crispy skin pan seared salmon, Noilly Prat sauce and leek confit; for Dessert, Tiramisu of Dutch ‘Stroopwafels’. The participants enjoyed the dishes they cooked one by one for their lunch with a lot of chatting each other. This event was only realized by Mr. Bos’s constant efforts and great love for creative cooking.
