The Ambassador's wife, Mrs. Joan van der Vliet and the Minister's wife, Mrs. Anne Peters initiated this plan to make this video. The video was made by Mr. Jesper van der Welf, spouse of a Dutch diplomat who has worked at the Embassy until this August. It takes time and efforts to make bitterballs at home but it is worthwhile to taste freshly fried homemade bitterballs. You can freeze them and fry as many as you want when you want to serve.
