On Saturday 3 July, we organized an online movie screening of Dutch film “My Extraordinary Summer with Tess”. 46 people enjoyed the film, as well as a short interview with Ms. Etsuko Nozaka, the JNS member, who translated the original book of the film into Japanese. We received many positive feedbacks, such as “The heartwarming story and the beautiful nature scenery stayed well for me.”, “The interview with the translator at the opening was useful to understand the background of the movie.” and “The Dutch language reminded me of my days in the Netherlands.” We look forward to having more members to join next time.
