On Friday November 9, 2018, at the Shimbashi Business Forum, the JNS hold a lecture titled Dutch Water Worldwide by Dutch photographer Luuk Kramer, and 48 participants including members of the Japan and Netherlands Architecture Cultural Association (JNACA) participated.
In the first half of the lecture, Mr. Kramer had a talk showing pictures of canals and constructions related to water infrastructure, and in the second half of the lecture in the talk with Associate Professor Yoshiyuki Kawazoe at the University of Tokyo they talked about cultural differences between the Netherlands and Japan through constructions. In the reception conversations with Mr. Kramer were lively, and interactions among the JNS members and the JNACA members were deepened.
